Vendor Conflict of Interest

TO ALL PARK BOARD OF TRUSTEES CURRENT AND FUTURE VENDORS:

Effective January 1, 2006, current and potential vendors of the Park Board of Trustees of the City of Galveston must complete the Conflict of Interest Questionnaire in accordance with Cahpter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code wich can be found at the following website: http://tlo2.tlc.state.tx.us/statutes/docs/LG/content/pdf/lg.005.00.000176.00.pdf for your reference. In particular, please focus your attention to the following sections of the Code:

176.006 DISCLOSURE REQUIRENENT FOR VENDORS AND OTHER PERSONS: QUESTIONNAIRE
