What if I want to have my beach ceremony somewhere other than your designated event areas?

You are able to have your ceremony anywhere on the public beaches as long as there will be less than 25 people. Should you decide to do this, your party cannot restrict anyone's access to or use of the public beach; you can have a small set up on the beach, but the public is still entitled to use the entirety of the beachfront.
